Biratnagar, June 7:

Subscribers of cell phone have submitted a letter of memorandum to Nepal Telecom, east regional office today seeking resumption of the service. As the mobile phone service has been partially resumed in the capital, it should also be resumed in Biratnagar, stated the memo, adding that the subscribers would launch an agitation if their demand went unheard.
