BHOJPUR: A man died after a motorcycle collided with another at Sundar Dulari of Morang district on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Dikmani Rai (45) of Letang Bhogateni Municipality-7 of the district, police said.

Police added that Rai was riding the motorcycle (Ko 9 Pa 8589), travelling from west to east, that collided with another (Ko 21 Pa 840), travelling from the opposite direction, at 7 in the morning.

Rai had sustained severe injuries and was rushed to the Dharan-based BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment there.

Condition of another motorcyclist, Yogendra Dulal (28) of Koshi Haraichha in Morang, is stable, police added.

He is receiving medical attention at the BPKIHS.
