DAMAK: A man died in a road accident that took place in Damak of Jhapa on Tuesday night.

The deceased has been identified as Jogendra Limbu (27) of Taplejung currently living in Urlabari, Morang, the Area Police Office informed.

Limbu was hit by a motorcycle (Ko 22 Pa 479) along the East-West highway after it hit a passenger bus (Na 5 Kha 4160).

The bus has been impounded and its driver arrested for necessary investigation, police inspector Charitra Bikram Karki said.
