RATNANAGAR: A person died after a motorcycle he was riding on rammed into a parked tipper in Khairahani Municipality-8 of Chitwan district on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as the motorcyclist Buddhi Ram Chaudhary (40).

The incident occurred after the motorcycle (Na 40 Pa 1947) heading towards east crashed into the parked tipper (Na 3 Kha 9396) in front of the Baba Gas depot, injuring Chaudhary.

The critically injured Chaudhary breathed his last during the course of treatment at the Bharatpur-based College of Medical Sciences yesterday evening, informed the Chitwan District Police Office.

Meanwhile, the body of the deceased has been kept at the Bharatpur Hospital for postmortem.
