Myanmar earthquake felt in eastern, central Nepal also

KATHMANDU: The magnitude-6.8 earthquake recorded in Myanmar was felt in eastern and central Nepal as well.

Chief of the National Seismological Centre, Lok BIjaya Adhikari, told THT Online locals of various eastern districts of the nation including few of Kathmandu Valley had enquired the NSC, reporting that they felt the tremor.

According to the international media, tremors were felt in various parts of India, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Thailand as well.
