N-PABSON’s concern

Kathmandu, January 11:

The National Private and Boarding School Organisation-Nepal (N-PABSON) today called for the implementation of Education Regulation 2001, to avoid unhealthy competition among the private schools.

Karna Bahadur Shahi, general secretary of Kathmandu district working Committee of N-PABSON said, “The regulation has a provision to maintain 200 meters distance between two private schools among others. Such provisions must be immediately implemented.” He said, the third Kathmandu District Convention to be held on January 14 would address the problems regarding the management of private schools, tax problems and the unhealthy competition.
