CHITWAN: The Narayangadh-Muglin road section, which is closed during the day due to road widening works, will remain open on Saturday, the first day of the Nepali New Year-2075.

The District Traffic Police Office, Chitwan stated that the road — which remained closed to vehicles from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm every day to facilitate road widening works — has been opened for the New Year's day.

Passengers have to wait for a long time when the road closes for construction works, and even when the road opens, travellers have to put up with traffic jam pertaining to sudden rush of vehicles on the closed road section.
