National capital for mega projects, says UML leader Shrestha

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML leader Krishna Gopal Shrestha has said that large-scale projects should be operated in the country through the investments of national capital.

Speaking at an election programme organised at Syuchatar of Kathmandu Constituency-9 this morning, leader Shrestha said employment should be created at the local level by developing Bhaleshwor Mahadev of Chandragiri, Indradaha and other areas in Kathmandu-9.

Shrestha is the candidate from the left alliance of Kathmandu-9 in the election to the House of Representatives.

On the occasion, he also pledged for timely completion of ongoing road expansion drive of Thankot-Kalanki and Kalanki-Balkhu road sections.

Also speaking at the programme, candidate of Kathmandu-9 (B) in the State Assemblies Keshav Prasad Pokharel committed to working for education, health care, employment, infrastructure development and investment promotion in the constituency.
