NC chiefs’ meet inconclusive

Kathmandu, June 9:

The meeting of the Nepali Congress (NC) district unit chiefs under way here is into its third day, with more delegates expected to present their papers. Kavre district chief Madhu Acharya presented his paper today suggesting the best way in the present circumstances was to go for election to the constituent assembly. The NC underlined the need for not agreeing to any interim statute as demanded by the Maoist rebels and called for a new constitution.
