CHITWAN: Nepali Congress Central Working Committee member Arjun Narsingh KC on Friday said the party's upcoming general convention could be postponed owing to lack of preparation and the constitution making process underway in the country.

At a press conference organised by Nepal Press Union Chitwan in Bharatpur, leader KC said that the party would have already formed a Preparatory Committee and an Election Committee by this time, if the party had been to organise the convention on time.

Although the date of the general convention is nearing, the party has not made such necessary preparations yet, he commented.
