CHITWAN: Nepali Congress leader Dr Shekhar Koirala on Monday remarked that the party (NC) has become a weak main opposition.

According to Dr Koirala, NC has somehow failed to posit itself as main opposition in relation to issues such as rising prices, corruption and violence against women including the rape and murder of Nirmala Panta.

"It seems that the party is in confusion," added Dr Koirala.

Moreover, leader Koirala also said that discussions with party cadres on future course of the party and its leadership are ongoing.
