NEB publishes Grade 11 results

BHAKTAPUR: The National Examinations Board (NEB) has published the results of the eleventh-grade examination held in May 2019.

According to NEB’s controller of the examination, Krishna Prasad Sharma, 349,603 students, out of 509,052 who took the exams, have passed.

Of the total students, 2,319 have secured 3.61 to 4 GPA, 13,772 secured 3.21 to 3.60 GPA, 32,253 secured 2.81 to 3.20 GPA, 54,816 secured 2.41 to 2.80 GPA, 84,239 secured 2.01 to 2.40 GPA, 89,650 secured 1.61 to 2:00 GPA, 43,037 secured 1.21 to 1.60 GPA, 8,171 secured 0.81 to 1.20 GPA, and 21,346 secured GPA up to 0.81, the Board said.

Exams of 31 students were cancelled, while 7,132 among those who had tried their luck for grade improvement have passed the exams.

The Board has also published the exam schedule for grade enhancement dated for November 16 and 17. Those students who failed in one subject have to appear for the exam on November 16 and those who failed in two subjects will have to sit for paper with big code on November 16 and with small code on November 17. Those in need of grade improvement have to fill-up the form and submit it to the National Examinations Board in Sanothimi by October 15.
