KATHMANDU: Speaker Subas Nembang said on Sunday that the country is heading towards the federal republican state with autonomy ending the centralised unitary state mechanism.

Addressing a programme organised by National Indigenous Women’s Federation here today to felicitate Janajati CA members, Nembang said all the parties should work in unison. NEFIN president Pasang Sherpa asked all the indigenous CA members to be active to end all forms of discrimination.
