KATHMANDU: Some youth were reportedly injured when police baton-charged them at Birendra Chok of Nepalgunj in Banke district on Thursday.

The clash erupted between the youth after they erected a bust of Late King Birendra Shah in the area.

The bust was being placed at the place of previous statue of King Birendra that was removed by protesters during the Janaandolan 2006.
