Dadeldhura Civil Society felicitated Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba in Baghkhor today.

Inaugurating the Far Western Regional Fair, Deuba said the entire region would be developed if local resources and places with historical importance were conserved and promoted. He talked about his efforts to develop the region as a tourism destination, urging locals to help the government.

"If we work togther, development and prosperity is definite," he said.

On a different note, NC President Deuba claimed that the prolonged political problems facing the country would be resolved soon. He also claimed that the constitution would be amended soon as the major parties had been inched closer towards consensus.

“Even the major opposition CPN-UML and Madhes–centric forces are positive towards constitution amendment,” he informed.
