KATHMANDU:

Engineer Bodh Raj Poudel recently committed suicide in Britain, a www.nepaluk.com said on Tuesday. Poudel slit his throat with a blade in his rented room in London. Poudel, who was staying with his wife Gayatri and son Nabodit in UK, was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.

Before leaving Nepal two months ago, Poudel was working at the Urban Development Department under the Ministry of Physical Planning and Works.
