KATHMANDU: Minister for Education and Sports and chief scout of the Nepal Scouts, Radhakrishna Mainali, has appointed Tirtharaj Neupane and Sudha Regmi as commissioners of the Nepal Scouts. Chief commissioner of the Nepal Scouts Shreeram Lamichhane had reportedly recommended their appointment as per the provision of the Nepal Scout Act. — RSS
