NEPALGUNJ: A team including human rights activists and legal experts on Tuesday headed to Jumla to investigate the murder of Mahasamiti member and leader of Nepali Congress Umakanta Hamal.

According to the mid-western regional director of Nepal Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Bed Prasad Bhattarai the team will be investigating the murder on the spot.

Representatives from three different human rights organisations would investigate the murder separately.
