MUSTANG: The number of people seeking passport is higher than those coming for their citizenship certificate in the district.

According to the District Administration Office, Mustang, a total of 935 passports were issued against 720 citizenship certificate in the recent past fiscal year. The number of people acquiring their passport is increasing every year, said assistant officer at the Office, Bishnu Pokharel.

The office collected Rs. 1.455 million in revenue from the development of passport in the previous financial year.
