Kathmandu, September 13:

President of the All Nepal National Free Students Union, Thakur Gaire, today said CA election is impossible if the CPN-Maoist pulls out of the eight-party alliance.

Addressing a press conference here, Gaire also said: “The role of eight students’ unions is crucial in strengthening the eight-party unity.”

He said the first national council meeting of his union held here on Tuesday and Wednesday welcomed the decision of the NC to go for a federal democratic republic. The meeting also decided to organise awareness campaigns in various parts of the country and a mock CA election in all the district headquarters on September 27.
