POKHARA: An octogenarian was killed in a road accident in Kaski district today.

The deceased is Shamsher Pariyar (82) of Lekhanath Municipality-13 of the district.

He died on the way to hospital after he was hit by a tipper (Ga 1 Ka 2882) near Khudikhola stream in the Municipality.

Police have arrested tipper driver Dipak Pulami for further actions.
