Passenger bus looted

CHITWAN: A passenger bus (Na 2 Kha 5363) bound for Kathmandu from Nepalgunj was looted on Tuesday morning. According to District Police Office, Chitwan, the bus was looted near Paanitanki of Bharatpur Municipality-1 along Narayangarh-Mugling road section. — HNS

Panel interrogation

LALITPUR: The High Level Investigation Commission on Tuesday interrogated former Minister Ram Narayan Singh and former Zonal Administrators Prajapati Koirala and Ram Kumar Subba. Former Zonal Administrators Koirala and Subba said all members including the Chairperson of the then Council of Ministers should take responsibility of suppressing the Jana Andolan. The Commission has summoned then Zonal Administrators Shyam Kishore Singh, Rana Bahadur Chand, Janak Jungali, Kumar Bahadur Karki, Ramji Bista, Lalit Bahadur Thapa Magar, Min Bahadur Pal and Mahendra Man Byathit for interrogation on Wednesday. — RSS
