PM meets diplomats

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal met with a team of diplomats headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to Nepal, HE Zet Mirzal Zainuddin at his official residence in Baluwatar on Sunday. The two sides also held talks which were focused on strengthening bilateral relationship between the two countries. — HNS

Govt offices closed

KHOTANG: The Agricultural Centre based in Halesi of Khotang has been closed from the past three months while the Livestock Service Centre here in the district has been run by a peon. Three staffers of the centre, including chief Ram Bahadur Mahaseth, have been absent since long, local residents said. Likewise, Shiv Narayan Mishra, chief, Livestock Service Centre, has been absent for a couple of months. Service seekers are in problem due to the reason. — HNS
