Water scarcity in Doti

DIPAYAL: Residents of Dipayal have been reeling under acute shortage of drinking water after water sources started drying up due to drought. Khemraj Bhandari, chairman of local chapter of hotel association, said, "We’re forced to shut hotels due to scarcity of water.''Bhupendra Shah, chairman Rajpur drinking water consumers committee informed that they had been supplying water on time. But the supply was not enough to in proportionate to the population, he lamented.
