Call for one Madhes

Kathmandu: A meeting of the Joint Democratic Madhesi Front, a coalition of three parties-- Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum, Tarai Madhes Democratic Party and Nepal Sadbhavana Party -- on Sunday decided to raise their agenda of 'One Madhes One Pradesh' more vigorously. The meeting decided to raise the issue with the parties who are preparing to lead the government. The joint front is demanding the implementation of the eight-point agreement reached with the then government on 28 February 2008. -HNS
