Father, son missing :

BARA: Sukule Ghising of Kalaiya municipality-5, Sundarbasti of Kalaiya Municipality, and his son, Suman Ghising, 9, have been missing for the past four days, Ghising’s wife Babita said on Monday. Babita, who had been in Kalaiya Hospital since Thursday due to typhoid, said she hadn’t heard from either her husband or her son since then and added that they were not at home. — HNS

Killed youth identified :

BHAIRAHAWA: The person, who was shot at by dacoits at the Burmeli Tole (Bhairahawa)-based Sangam Oil Store on Friday and died while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Kathmandu, was identified on Monday as 17-year-old Ashutosh Sharma of Suryapura VDC-3, Rupandehi. Rupandehi District Police Office stated that Sharma had been living in Siddharthanagar-7 Himalipath for taking SLC supplementary examination. — HNS
