KATHMANDU: Three days before the crucial general convention of Nepali Congress (NC), a book on the achievements and drawbacks of NC in the last twelve years was released amid a gathering of journalists in Kathmandu on Saturday. Nepali Congress Sadanma, Sattama ra Sadakma (NC in Parliament, Government and on the Street), by journalist Jagat Nepal, was jointly launched by the former MP Radheshyam Adhikari and senior journalist Harihar Birahai at the Media Village.
