DHADING: One person died and three others were injured when a truck collided with another at Bhaltar of Baireni VDC-8, along the Prithvi Highway in Dhading district today.

According to the Dhading District Police Office, the accident occurred when the Kathmandu-bound truck (Lu 1 Kha 9587) collided with another (Na 6 Kha 1110), travelling from the opposite direction.

The deceased was the driver of the truck (Lu 1 Kha 9587). He died on the spot, police added.

Three others injured have been sent to Kathmandu for further treatment.
