Kathmandu: The police arrested Giri Raj Neupane, 23, of Parorha-1, Murgiya on the charge of withdrawing money from the Nepal Bank Limited at Manigramby identifying himself as Giri Raj Panta, an account holder, and making fake academic certificates on Friday. DSP Maya Kumar Shah said Neupane had withdrawn Rs 263,000 from the bank. Neupane said he had withdrawn the money with the help his relative Sundar Panta and bank staffer Top Raj Pande.
