A school teacher died and another injured when a motorbike they were riding on collided with a bus at 28 Kilo of Dhulikhel on Araniko Highway on Monday morning. Shiva Sharma of Dhading died on the spot while Prakash Dhakal of Okhaldhunga was injured, police said. The duo had gone to attend a training in Dhulikhel. Locals obstructed the highway throughout the day. The road was reopened only in the evening after an agreement to provide compensation to the family of the deceased and treatment costs to the injured.
