POKHARA: Only women officials have been mobilised for the first phase of local level elections slated for May 14 at Janapriya Secondary School B polling centre in Pokhara -8, according to Khum Prasad Bahndari, assistant election officer of Kaski.

Sarita Khatiwada, undersecretary at Public Service Commission Regional Office, Pokhara, leads the team.

Khatiwada is the election officer while Kabita Aryal is the assistant election officer of the centre. Khatiwada had led an election team in the second Constituent Assembly election also.
