PHIDIM: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Itahari has caught a person red-handed with Rs 125, 000 bribe in Panchthar on Tuesday.

A team despatched from the CIAA Regional Office, Itahari, had raided the Panchthar District Education Office and arrested a sub-engineer Manoj Kumar Yadav in the act of taking the inducement from a local school authorities.

Yadav had demanded the bribe promising the authorities that he would prepare the construction completion report without completing the school building construction.
