Kathmandu:

The global Coalition for International Criminal Court on Sunday urged the government to endorse the Rome Statute. The CICC, in a letter to PM Girija Prasad Koirala, urged the government to endorse the treaty which helped in establishing the International Criminal Court capable of trying individuals accused of crimes against humanity. The CICC also welcomed a “commitment resolution” endorsed by the dissolved Parliament.
