Minister for Peace and Reconstruction Ram Chandra Poudel today urged all people to be alert “as new conspiracies are being hatched to disrupt the elections to constituent assembly.”

Speaking at a gathering of Nepali Congress district level leaders and cadres in Damauli, Minister Poudel said: “The politics should be competitive and democratic, not full of conspiracies.”

He urged all organisations or political parties concerned not to organise any programme of protest or movements that disrupt the CA polls scheduled for November 22.
