PM Deuba pays courtesy call on President Bhandari
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on Tuesday paid a courtesy call on President Bidya Devi Bhandari at latter's office in Sheetal Niwas.
In the meeting, Prime Minister Deuba briefed President Bhandari about his recent state visit to India. The Prime Minister briefed President about his recent visit to India including the issues mentioned in the joint press meet held in New Delhi.
PM Deuba also informed about forming a bilateral joint technical team to carry out a study to solve the inundation problems and the compensation Nepal should receive from the Koshi Project among other contemporary issues, according to Under-Secretary at the Office of the President Keshav Prasad Ghimire.
Also present on the occasion were the Foreign Secretary and other high level officials.
