PM says election for implementation of constitution
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said he is committed to holding local level election scheduled for May 14 by bringing all parties on board for the implementation of the Constitution.
PM Dahal was speaking at a meeting of the Nepal National Dalit Liberation Front, affiliated to the CPN-Maoist Centre, in Capital on Monday, PM appealed to all the political parties to take part in the election.
He further said on the need of the Constitution implementation which has ensured the rights of the Dalits, Women, Madhesi, Indigenous communities and other people oppressed since centuries.
Similarly, Minister for Youth and Sports Daljit Shreepali, Morcha Coordinator Tilak Pariyar, leader Ranendra Baraili and other leaders emphasized on the need to resolve the problems of racial discrimination and untouchability faced by the Dalit community.
