Private schools to adjust fee structure

KATHMANDU: Private and Boarding Schools Organisation Nepal and National Private and Boarding Schools Organisation Nepal have agreed to adjust the fee structure as per the government's set criteria. It also has agreed to provide scholarship to 10 per cent students.

PABSON and N-PABSON agreed to adjust fee structure as per ‘Fee Criteria Directives 2015' after holding talks with the Ministry of Education, Department of Education, Guardians' Association of Nepal, and Nepal Student Union in Kathmandu on Saturday.

“We have agreed to address their demands.

Some of the schools that have hiked fees should make adjustment to the fee structure,” said Ritu Raj Sapkota, president of PABSON.
