Kathmandu: The Supreme Court today ordered the Gorkha District Administration Office to produce Krishna KC, former vice-president of ANNISU-R, the student wing of the Maoists, before the apex court in connection with a case on his detention. A division bench of justices Khil Raj Regmi and Hari Jung Sijapati issued the order following today’s hearing after the Royal Nepalese Army (RNA) could not produced him before the bench.
