KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 85,000 was reduced to rubble when a fire broke out at a cotton factory in Lukusi of Lalitpur Municipality on Monday.

Police said the reason behind the fire that broke out at the factory owned by Ramesh Shrestha was electric short circuit.
