HETAUDA: Province 3 Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party has financially assisted victims of natural disaster.

As per the decision of the parliamentary party, as many as 21 lawmakers helped flood victims with their five days’ salary. Nepali Congress Province 3 Chief Whip  Radha Ghale handed over a cheque with Rs 160,000 to Chief Minister Dormani Poudel in Hetauda on Sunday.

The NC of the province also submitted memorandum regarding effective distribution of relief materials. The NC has demanded three lakh rupees to each of the families  of deceased persons and Rs one lakh to each family whose physical  infrastructure were damaged completely and partially in the flood. Receiving the memorandum, CM Poudel said NC had done a praiseworthy work.

He said the government was working on distribution of relief materials, rescue work and rehabilitation.
