DHANGADHI: The Province 7 government is preparing to introduce a short-term budget only some months before the current fiscal ends.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs has said it is introducing the provisional budget as the works of the province ministries were affected due to the lack of consolidated fund after formation of the provincial government.

It has been stated that agriculture and productive sectors would be determined high priority in the provisional budget. The budget would be of Rs 1.20 billion.

The Ministry has already instructed the related officials in the ministry to work out the provisional budget. Apart from the agriculture and production sectors, the budget will also prioritise education and health, the Provincial Minister for Economic Affairs, Jhapat Bohara said.
