PANCHTHAR: A public offence case has been filed against a driver for driving his vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

The Panchthar District Police filed the case against Milan Tamang of Chuhandanda-6 of Terhathum district.

According to the DPO, he was nabbed on Friday after traffic police found him drinking and driving during a regular security check in Bharpa of Panchthar.

Police completed investigations into the case and registered the case on Sunday.
