KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Monday said that Nepal would construct Kathmandu-Nijgadh fast track road on its own.

Responding to a team of youth from Nijgadh of Bara district who had reached Kathmandu and submitted a memorandum to PM Dahal urging the government to expedite the construction, PM Dahal expressed his commitment for the construction saying, “To see youth taking an initiative for the development is inspiring in its own.”

“I will forward the memorandum to the concerned ministries and authorities for quick results,” added Dahal.

The delegation member, who had apparently reached Kathmandu by foot from Nijgadh, had also demanded the speedy construction of Nijgadh Airport.
