KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Council of Ministers today has decided to amend the procedure relating to providing house building loan to earthquake victims and ensure the loan on the basis of collective surety.

The loan will be interest-free.

Talking to mediapersons following the meeting, Finance Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki informed about the meeting decision.

Likewise, the meeting also agreed to approve the organogram of National Resource and Fiscal Commission, according to the Minister.
