'Quitting govt just before election as cause of RPP's defeat'

BAITADI: General Secretary of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Jayanta Bahadur Chand said that the party had to face defeat in the first phase of local level elections after it failed to introduce its agenda to people.

Chand said so while talking briefly to Rastriya Samachar Samiti. Chand is currently in his hometown in course of election publicity. He said that the party has the agenda of establishing Nepal as a Hindu nation, constitutional monarchy as well as building a prosperous country on the ground of nationality and democracy.
