KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has welcomed the agreement signed between the government and Alliance for Independent Madhes on Friday.

A press release issued by RPP's Information Department chief Mohan Shrestha states, it is a positive step that Chandra Kant Raut who had been carrying out sedition activities since some time past has announced renouncing the separatism agenda.

RPP has been voicing for indivisibility of the nation and stresses on putting an end to the basis giving birth to separatist mentality and attitude, the press release stated.
