KATHMANDU: A waste recycling centre was inaugurated on Wednesday. Locals will now be able to buy and sell reusable waste products here. The Community Recycling Centre (CRC) at Lagan chowk of KMC-21 was set up jointly by KMC, Clean Kathmandu Valley (CKV), Area Network of Ward-21 and Society Of Urban Poor. Head of Environment Department of KMC, Indra Man Singh Suwal said KMC would extend CRC in all wards by mobilising local organisations and people. — HNS
