Royal couple arrives in South Africa
Johannesburg, Nov 20:
King Gyanendra and Queen Komal arrived in Johannesburg, the capital of South Africa, yesterday.
The King and the Queen are accompanied by Dr Ram Bhakta PB Thakur, Royal Nepalese Ambassador to Egypt.
In Tunis, the royal couple were seen off by higher officials of the Tunisian Foreign Ministry, UN, ITU, and Governorate of Tunis. Foreign Minister Rameshnath Pandey, vice-chairman of the high-level Commission for Information Technology Sharad Chandra Shah and Permanent Representative of Nepal to the United Nations in Geneva, Gyan Chandra Acharya were present.
