RAJBIRAJ: A one-and-half-year-old child died after a stray ox attacked her in Chhinnamasta of Saptari district on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Roma Sada, daughter of Jitan Sada of Chhinnamasta-9.

The child was attacked by the ox when she was playing at the yard of her house at around 10 in the morning.

The critically injured infant was rushed to the Rajbiraj-based Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital, where she breathed her last, informed the District Police Office, Saptari.
