School building handed over to community
A school building, constructed with German assistance at Ghalegaun of Bhumestan-7 in the southern part of the district has been handed over to the community. On Wednesday, a team of 27 Germans arrived to hand over the new building of Lila Kali Primary School constructed at the cost of Rs 6.9 million. Minister for Local Development, Rajendra Prasad Pandey, inaugurated the building. Some 370 students are enrolled in the school, which has two permanent teachers. The minister assured that the quota of teachers would be increased to three.
